Looked good yesterday -0 now bad again! Hate the markets at the moment! :(

...I would have thought so too but guess it depends on the news maybe? They would have to be 100% sure to release news.

From the little Ive learnt - if an RNS is late it is usually because they are waiting / hoping on some good news to break with some bad news. Delaying so they dont have to release bad news only. I really hope this isnt the case here! :(

It certainly is bad times. Look at ADVFN stats. 66% shares declining, only 18% advancing! 16% unchanged. 1 in 3 chance of finding a good share... even thats not right! :|

The tables have turned - want it me telling you to be optimistic not so long ago? :) Thanks - hope you are right. Bad times. 62% of shares went down today.

Likewise. Making all the wrong decisions at the moment. Be noce to get one right! Should have made a fortune here by now. When I first came accross it it was less than 0.5, went to 1.7 (would have sold at 1.4), then down to 1 and now at 1.6 again! Anyone got a time machine?

...when will this stop! :| Guessing I should never have bought in here. Another dud. Oh dear. Would be nice to have some luck at the moment. Made all the wrong choices - e.g. not buying GGT or SXX whick doubled after I decided not to get them. Ce'st la vie.

Well, if this does get to 2.5p Im back in... should (and note the word should) recover one day - maybe on RNS day, whenever that may be! Markets are a donley at the moment and its virtually impossible to make any money buying shares. Im not touching my current ones until things imprive in the next year/2 years. Assuming it will be that long! :(

Thats a bit better... back to opening price. Still not ideal but a bit more positive than a spiralling drop!

Thanks again. In theory, if I sit on it... and the credit crunch apeases in the next 12 months - things should improve shouldnt they? At the moment its paper losses - but Im usually optimistic, which has its downfalls... I timed the whole market thing wrong! But dont they say to buy when there are lows - i.e. market going down? Just didnt quite get this one right! (well, no where near right to be fair!).

Thanks. I know I know. I got the bug. Beginners folly I guess. I did do some research into this one and it looked good with good prospects (think it still has - just a bit worried at how fast it dropped!). I have a plan for most my shares - and all seem to have good prospects on paper (wouldnt have bought otherwise - e.g. blnx,FAN). Just waiting for something to happen. Patience is the key and Im in no rush to sell yet. Will get out if it hits 190, hope it doesnt though! Just all round bad at the moment and made wrong choices when it came t9o my shortlist of shares (was watching this one for a couple of weeks before I joined. Should have known better). Still, have put it down to the cost of learning... not got my house or anything on shares - just some money which could technically have gone to savings. Looking to December time for a pickup. We shall see... I know who to ignore and who to listen to now anyway - but at the end of the day I make my own mind up and live with what happens... glad for all the advise from the sane people on here! :)

I haven had a detailed look. Guess its not looking good then? I may sell and put it on a horse - probably have more luck than my current run on shares! Hard lessons learnt in 6 months trading...

Now Im starting to panic a litle - have dropped 30% since I bought! Whats going on? :(

Just wondering - how does that work? Will the Xtract shares be added to my selftrade portfolio automatically? Not been involved in something like this before? Newbie question I guess. Sorry...

Very true - its far too easy to get sucked in (as I did!). lol. Im done with share buyying for now. Going to keep an eye out on this one and the rest of the ones I have but just far too down at the moment! Not good times to get in... hopeing for a recovery in the next 6 to 12 months, who knows! Still believe this is a good one (for some reason) - just wish Id waited and not rushed in. Got in at 301 thinkin its a bargain. Ooops.

Looks like I got in too early! Typical of my luck. Boy do I need some luck at the moment as my PF is 15% down! :(
