While the government's response was due within four weeks of the 26 September 2018 Court hearing where our Writ Petition was admitted and stay protection granted, we anticipate further intermittent delays as the Court is likely to provide the government leniency following the election and change of administration. We will update the market as the case progresses, but in the meantime we have begun the process of engaging with the new administration with a view to negotiating the grant of the Bhukia prospecting licence."

Herts - yes that one does look good... PAT is 1/10th its MCAP though so prefer that one for a (continued) rerate at the moment... see what the papers bring!

Sometimes it's time to accept this game isn't for everyone... depending on how much you have left might be worth a complete rethink and readjustment if you can afford the losses. Not that anyone can afford such large losses.

Probably better to stick with safer shares for you imo. I'm no financial advisor Im afraid and also have losses to recover from over the years. Just think twice before pressing any buy button and don't buy on spikes is my main advice. RESEARCH. And don't buy just because someone says its a "no brainer..."

People look at the price and the recent rise and think "no thanks..." BUT... its MCAP that's important and at 20p its market cap will be a mere £14m give or take...How many aim dogs have bigger mcaps for less licences / assets?

Exactly... I managed a few (to average up) and holding now... this is no P and D imo. If you sell its very hard to buy... just wait for licence news. Of course if news is bad its back to 3p area - that's the risk. BUT would PAT have got the first tranche if confidence wasn't there?

The spread is what kills it... imo... but happy to hold for the bigger picture. Not your aim dog this one. Main Market and regulated.

Lol - the boom will be when the licence is granted - this is just a taster... if its hard to buy now... imagine on licence grant!
