At the Company's Staplehurst site in Kent, which is under option, we have submitted planning application for a development of 22 homes on part of the land and this first application was unexpectedly refused. We believed we had met all the criteria for a positive decision and we will therefore appeal the refusal in accordance with the advice given to us by our planning consultants. Once planning is granted we will aim to complete the purchase of the land and commence development to contribute to the year ending 31 March 2015. The balance of the site will then be the subject of a further planning application with a view to generating profits for the 2016 financial year. Under control.

Betting it was released in response to sliding price. 100k profit for the 6 months. 30% increase in turnover. Looks great. Wonder if I can get back in cheaper than I sold! (4.2p). Hopefully back to 4p+ today.

Why hasn't company released rns? Was stopped out at 4.2p.

Its been tradeable online with Halifax since 08:30! I got it online. Not as part of their sharebuiulder or ISA but stndard CFD account. Get buying! ;)

got them for 77.7 - buy 79p with fees etc. :P Under 80 though which is good.

Got 77p - so as usual higher than most! But 75 to sell so not too bothered. Anyone buy above 80p? Now its on most systems should be a nice rise up with any luck.
