RNS OUT Results Next week now! Further to the announcement made on 26 January 2015, RTC (AIM: RTC.L), the business services organisation focussing on white and blue collar recruitment providing temporary, permanent and contingent staff to a broad range of industries and clients in both domestic and international markets, is pleased to announce that the Group's final results for the financial year to 31 December 2014 (the "Final Results") are expected to be announced earlier than was originally anticipated. The Board of RTC now expects for the Group's Final Results to be announced on 2 March 2015.

Vernalis plc today announces that it has licensed exclusive, worldwide rights in its adenosine receptor antagonist programme, including the lead drug candidate, V81444, for use in all therapeutic applications to a well-funded, US-based biotechnology company. The transaction includes a $1 million upfront payment and has the potential for Vernalis to earn over $200 million subject to development, regulatory and sales milestones being achieved. In addition there are single digit royalties payable if a product reaches the market, with the potential to reach double digit royalties in certain circumstances

From the interim results: "Dividends The directors propose an interim dividend of 0.5p per share (2013: nil). The Company has a progressive dividend policy. Subject to approval of the Directors, the interim dividend will be paid on the 1 October 2014 to shareholders on the register on 5 September 2014. " So paid a divi last year ;)

One director owns 15% of the company too it seems?

Libro - your margins are a bit low based on last results RNS stating average group margins of 20%. But best to be conservative ;) In the newspapers tomorrow no doubt as its rail... so expect more tomorrow. Just let me in first! ;)

Yes - but also acquisition and results in 2 weeks - be interesting to see. Watching for entry point. I like what I read personally but am usually wrong ;)

" Overall gross margin is up slightly to 20%". So on £80m contract that's £16m over 5 years - ie £3.2m gross margin per year possible from this one contract.

The Board of RTC expects that revenue for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be broadly in line with current market expectations and profit before tax will be marginally ahead of current market expectations. The Group's final results for the financial year to 31 December 2014 are expected to be announced on 9 March 2015. Bill Douie, Chairman said: "The results are extremely pleasing and encouraging as all our Group businesses have continued to perform strongly in highly competitive markets."
