yeah people need to read the rns carefully... still a premium placing but look at others like MSG - premium placing at 1p and still @ 0.6p now.

ie placing was at 13.5p with CONDITIONAL CONVERTIBLE shares at 40p... still good but dont expect 40p today imo.
