Morning... crl123... you may be able to buy them cheaper yes... but if you were part of the placing you got some warrants as well... so better deal (assuming price rises to above warrant price which Im guessing the company expects it to do at some point...). AGM 25th to see if shareholders approve the shares (which look to be forward sold anyway as usual?). Circular on website later. IMO - this will turn around at some point - there is usually a placee rally... / warrant rally ;)

Arent they going to push the price up somehow (news etc) to entice warrant conversion?
