RNS - The bondholders vote in respect of the Repayment Vote was quorate (78.44% of the bonds were represented). 72.64% of the bonds that voted, voted to reject the Repayment Vote and only 27.36% voted in favour of the Repayment Vote.



In light of these results the resolution in connection with the Repayment Vote has been rejected and the bondholders resolved not to require immediate repayment of the bonds pursuant to that voting proxy.
