what is the worry here? "Samsung have lost pretty much all their pre trial appeals. They have failed to remove nanco experts testimony. They have failed in a lot of their appeals. Not sure why people seem. worried at this stage? Why got for Germany if you thought there was a high chance orf losing USA? Wouldn't make sense. The trial is a week long max. Too short for re hashing patent validity. The patents are valid. Its willful infringement that's at stake. imo.

We were ready and confident to go to trial in September 2021. We won all 47 of our claims examined by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in May 2022. This effectively settled the issue of validity emphatically in Nanoco's favour. So we are still ready and even more confident to go to trial in September 2022

I agree he is honest :). Just the revenue argument doesn't stack up when promoting both bids and ITX.

Funny how he says the MCAP here too high for revenue at £7m vs 550k, whereas BIDS had revenue of £330k vs mcap of £70m? Which does he want more of?
