Well tungsten itself is +30% even from when they did the fundraise so no reason fundamentally to sell. In fact I’ve bought more.

Debt financing package end of March and then production end Q3. This is going to fly, don’t know when but it will. Sitting tight for the next 18 month and going to watch it multiple.

I am buying here today and more than doubling my position to over £150k. Tungsten pricing +3% again and now sitting at 1395/t vs the AISC here (once up and running) of $115/t.

Debt funding with either EXIM (US) or a project finance bank on track by end of Q1 (they already had non binding LOIs signed as per presentation on their website), then this thing is fully funded and will be set to throw off more than 400m EBITDA per year. Market cap at 34p is 290m.

Management bought in the recent placing too i see, so if you believe they are going to deliver then this is a great buy and tuck away in my view and I am happy to take this up to my biggest position.

I’m in at a blended mid 20s ish myself. In the presentation on their website once they’re up and running at current tungsten prices the EBITDA is c. 400m. Presentation says they had non binding interest from US export bank and two other financial bank types for $75m.

I mention the debt piece because when this thing is up and running, if current prices hold the stock is not even on 1x EV/EBITDA.

My view is that as the various pieces fall into place this re rates easily to 4-5x EBITDA so 5x my money at over 100p
