Although the water problem is a simple fix, I'm not sure anything is strait forward for Tidswell.
If Chris Clay was around - I'd be more optimistic.
There is a risk here that we wait to get the water fix in place, for Tidswell to screw up again.
He remains the Production manager because George Lucan has Tidswell to thank for the MD opportunity.
Any more knowledgeable oil man leading ANGS would have Tidswell walking the plank.

This is downbeat and not what investors want to hear right now, but its a clear risk, and which ever way you look at the situation, this is definitely Tidswells last chance.

The benefit we get from Alan is the interpretation of observations, photo's, videos, statements.
Without this where are we?
How many calls has he got badly wrong? - not many.
How many calls has he got correct, - quite a few.
That is why others don't like his posts, - they challenge the rubbish they are trying to peddle.

As I say we don't have to be subject to other peoples objection to Alan's posts or our responses.
All of his posts today bar the one at 00:50 have been removed.

Recall Alan has been banned recently, though I saw nothing wrong with his posts.
I feel it is time for Alan to screen dump text and post it on Twitter - he has done this recently.
I don't see why he or we should be inhibited by those with another agenda.

We have Tidswell trying to fix the water problem.
Is repairing the finances one of George Lucan's highest priorities, - ie trying to repay the YU loan?
It's right up there on any shareholders wish list.
Or is dilution a 100% certainty now.

From todays RNS:

All kill fluids in the wellbore and lost to the reservoir have now been recovered. In total 280 barrels have been produced.
The well flowed naturally to surface upon the removal of the completion and clean up fluids with flow rates rising steadily as the test continued.

So there should be no Brine coming to surface if the RNS is correct, but water content checks need to be ongoing, for clues to the source.
The water (at 200 psi) is from an Acquifer or from trapped water.

Is an acquifer likely to be the source of the 200 psi pressure? - I don't think it is as likely as a large amount of trapped water.
This water may have been extracted from the Portland well on this site, and has accumulated over many years.

If they are continueing flow tests, - as seems to be implied by Tidswell's tweet, I would expect the pressure to reduce slightly with time if the source is trapped water, but would be dependent upon the amount of trapped water present.

Lets see if George Lucan continues with site updates.

Need to identify if water has anything to do with the Portland well that has been active for many years.

Have sent the following to the ANGUS contact address:

"Could you please advise as of this date, whether there are any shares held in treasury."

I don't think it will get a reply, but its easy enough to check, - just probably not today..

Before you read anything into the two BOC lorries leaving Brockham, you might want to ask yourself if Adrian was there to witness the lorries going in.
Did they deliver more Nitrogen cages?
Was he not at Brockham when they entered the site?
Did he decide not to share any images of the BOC lorries entering Brockham with/ without Nitrogen?

Don't know & don't care.
But I felt it was a bad thing for me to disregard these images, (you can't see the payload of the second lorry), without warning others of these possibilities.

I take it you have read his introduction.

Do you know how George knows Tidswell-Pretorius, or whether they worked together please?

You may not know but Tidswell is our current production manager, (until we are told otherwise).

He does not have a good track record, and if George is as thick as thieves with him, we might be in further trouble.

Until we get an update from Angus then we will not know whether George Lucan is going to come through with his wish to see shareholders provided with information.

If SCC were to get involved in any way, they would possibly be opening themselves up to legal proceedings.

Picardy, - If you think the performance of this share today and yesterday are 'Freefall', then I don't think you have much experience of AIM shares.This one is going all places North WHEN we get Brockham right.I am of the opinion that yesterdays drone pictures showed a well that is being tinkered with. When something isn't working as it should, you disassemble it to gain access and fault find and test components.The sp is not in free fall, but will be if the news is 'there is oil but this well can't bring it to surface'.

Anyone know if Chris Clay continues in operations, or has JTP reasserted himself?
Reading George Lucans' letter, we should know soon, if a new spirit of keeping shareholders informed is to prevail, - but nobody but Alan knew he was in charge in the first place.

rxdav - If Adam Habib spends most of his time doing business abroad, the Nomad might take a very long time to track down answers to their questions. And the meeting is about voting BOTH onto the board?

When a Nomad performs Due Dilligence, I can only assume there is no time limit for DD in the rules.
So perhaps the Nomad will not be ready to give either Lord Lucan or Habib clearance to stand for board membership in the Requisition time limits?
Has this happened before in anybones experience?

Whether the board might have asked the Nomad to look harder is open to conjecture, but a meeting within the time limits will need to be called and presumably adjourned if the Nomad clearance is still awaited.

Anyone with an update or past experience on these points?
