An MBI isnt happening. MM has all the upside at the mo, and no downside. Plus he probably wouldnt get the backing.

And if he went private, he wouldnt be able to divert the attention away from his own gailings onto the crooked stock market.

Shareholders are sick of being diluted. MM loves giving away shares. It makes him more popular in the staff canteen.
