With a short position open with gsa they have to pay interest on their borrowed shares.

Is this interest fixed or price sensitive? Ie if the sp goes up or down the interest is reflected in that.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but if I don’t ask I will never learn.

I know this isn’t the carlsberg news that investors have been waiting for but a small victory none the less.

Great news. Now the path is clear to concentrate on the main project. Getting the product to market and generating revenue. With this I think no more need for a fund raise and hopefully a smooth path to commercialisation. Good luck to those who held strong. A blue day methinks.

I get it. Lack of news and a falling sp will lead to people selling due to frustration and putting their money somewhere else.

But remember the settlement money should keep it going for a while so that is a positive.

I personally think we should get a test update soon. Good or bad I don’t know but still holding and hoping.

Aye I’ve read a few books and some had a couple of chapters on shorting. Not something I’d try with my luck. Haha. I’d probably pick something like gme before the bounce.

It was naked shorts I was confused about.

A nasdaq listing I’m in (mdai)is being heavily targeted by shorters and some saying a lot were naked. I’ve been tracking short positions on the finra site that was kindly supplied by a person on another board.

I’m finding it hard to communicate with other on this stock after their move to nasdaq as the lse page has dried up and my account on stocktwits keeps getting suspended. 😳.

I can surely pick them. 250m government backing and a cap of 27m. Again 😳.

Is it selling something you don’t own or doesn’t exist?

2 points I would like to have clarified.

1 who imposed the ndas? Qbt or the potential client.

2. If qtr have been live testing now for over 3 months they must have mined something. Who owns the coin mined?

Any thoughts?

They haven’t said it doesn’t work in live testing just having problems.

It might be a game changer or it might not. Again open to speculation on both sides.

But poor updates is the primary cause imo.

I’ve read up on mining hash rates probably and the general basics of it. Again a lot leaves me bewildered.

I recently broke my foot in work and was laid up so out of boredom bought a cheap laptop (my first computer from the spectrum ) and taught myself how to use it.

Got bored with it so took up learning python programming. Still in the early stages but trying to drag myself into the 21st century.

Yeah method b looks interesting if it works. I can do nothing but hope and dream.
