Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
What shareholders focus on is news, news and more news. In reality we saw what happened in the period of silence, a companies foundations were solidly laid and delivered and that's just from what was revealed. A Broadway JV with the biggest ticket seller in the game who wants his shows sold via mobile app, a £10 million investment with options at 16p, proof of concept with a seamless delivery of a live festival with Facebook streaming live to test. I'd say they delivered and are on the cusp of emerging as a leader in their field for all to see. If it's a running commentary of news people are after that doesn't deliver there are many companies out there, however if it's a solid unicorn company you want to reap the benefits of an investment from then buy more at this price
Newfoundlander, I rarely post here if ever and tbh don't pay attention or even look in on this board but have today and read your last post. All one can say is I'm very sorry for your experience in N|ewfoundland. With that in mind I can only genuinely advise you (with total good intentions) to move on in whatever way you need to as regret and focusing on something that's passed can be really damaging to ones health and wellbeing. I am sure you'd agree that now is the time to let it go and move on, your time will come again in whatever it is you decide to do. Wishing you wellness and the best of fortune. AWBA
#ARS With reference to a recent article published in serambinews.com prior to release of BKM & Beutong update today, Asiamet can report that the Beutong IUP is in good standing & in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
Have any of you looked into thisany further other than reading a post below (as Trump would say, from what could be a 500Lb Coke drinking bored keyboard warrior) , Its's a student body protest isn't it which doesn't carry much weight against an Indian Govt who support and will benefit from Asiamet... lol. Timely release of an unsubstantiated rumour. I'm sure they'll update the market in due course and sell them all back to you higher up.
Most are focused on the SP but my thoughts are with those who live in Roddickton and surrounding areas. This could not only bring employment to the area but revitalise it and it's surrounding areas for generations to come. GLA
Not much in a forest CoalSwitch cannot use but we’ll carry on this discussion after you’ve done some research. I think you’ll be interested and pleasantly surprised with your findings. Have a wonderful evening
Valmet’s core business is pulp and paper. In 2014, they teamed with Zilkha who makes black pellets through a simple steam explosion process. The Zilkha process is entirely focused on densifying biomass and does not pre- or post-wash feedstock to remove damaging salts. Consequently, they rely on using high quality feedstock sourced from the same sources as white pellets. They also don’t employ any pre- or post-process to reduce light volatiles in their final product to facilitate milling at conventional coal-fired PC plants. Conventional mills operate at a high temperature, well above the ignition temperature of these light volatiles. Valmet does have a patent that describes a hydrolysis process that they use to extract sugars from the cellulose and hemicellulose (we employ a hydrolysis process to remove light volatiles in a very controlled manner). The Valmet patent’s focus is on producing sugars and doesn’t specifically reference how these sugars would be used. Their website indicates that they use those sugars for downstream ethanol and chemical production. We haven’t found any information on projects resulting from their collaboration with Zilkha. The only Zilkha project that we’ve been able to find is in Selma, Alabama (2013). That plant, a former white pellet plant, was retrofitted to produce their black pellets. We’re not aware of any other operating or planned Zilkha plants. They did announce a project in 2015 in Arkansas (which may have included Valmet), but it is our understanding that they could not arrange financing.
