Its not that the price today is lower than it should be just because it was higher at some point.

Its that it was too high when it was 402p because it was hyped to high heavens.

Today at 152p is where the price should be, and should never have exceeded.

Most people knew that the price was way way too high at that point, but we rode the wave.
