This is not the ideal news the company would have wanted. This has been going for way to long and at this point in time no resolution In the foreseeable future. I noted in the alaskan journal article this
"however, some small companies could have sold their credit certificates to larger North Slope oil producers that are not eligible for payment but can use the credits against their annual oil production tax liability. Such transactions would not have to be publicly reported and would reduce the final amount of money the state is obligated to pay."
If this is legal and a viable option may well be worth consideration.

Hi withoutt, closing auction was typical of HFT (bots). Dropping buys were met equally with the sellers volume instantaneously. This has been happening more frequently of late. Cheers avi

Gday wazza. Two possible reason that come to mind are firstly end of financial year with investors balancing portfolios and secondly my xcd shares posted to my 88e portfolio this morning and perhaps we see a wash of xcd shares that were converted to 88e shares.
We will get a clearer picture with tomorrows trading.

The AGM will still proceed as announced in the 6th of March 2020 Notice of Meeting, on Thursday 9th April
2020 at 10:00am Perth time. The AGM will be made accessible to shareholders via a live webcast which
will include a facility for shareholders to ask questions in relation to the business of the meeting.
Instructions to join the webcast will be announced no less than 2 days prior to the meeting.

My exlerience is that aim will continue trading, (aim rarely has trading halts for these things) and as for asx trading will happen when company notifies asx. That maybe as late as opening of trade Friday.
