Just a heads up seems like we have another market maker - SING - so now 6 MM's
Also for about a week or so two of the MM's have reduced their normal market size down to 50,000 the new MM is also 50,000
I believe that this is an indication of shortage of shares to deal

Back in October 2019 the normal market size was 300,000 in early 2000 this was reduced to 100,000 for all 5 MM's

A fund that tracks that index will need to match the percentage of the index that EUA represents so if this is 1% a tracker fund of £100million will need to buy £1,000,000 worth ie 1% - some funds do nor replicate the index exactly

I think the guy on twitter that has been referred to has estimated that using the above principle then £30million shares will need to be bought across all the relevant funds that track the index - hope this helps.

This is my take on this - I don't know if this is accurate but it seems logical

If an offer includes NN shares and HL will not allow you to hold them in an ISA they will have to move them to a trading account
if you sell them from the trading account at the same price as that when they were transferred then no gain has been made . All the gains are made in the isa which is tax free.
The big downside is that you will not be able to put the cash amount back into isa in one go you will be subject to the 20k annual allowance .

I thought it was a strange post - why bring Rowka up at all - having said that one of his later posts was to theorise about a new company being formed he gave an example of 4 companies plus EUA. The 4 companies of which NN may be one inject captital EUA have an equal share - their assets is their contribution .
His premise was that EUA may be too expensive for one company to buy out alone.
EUA shareholders may get an initial dividend and then a pro rata share holding in the new company/joint venture

Who knows ? this may be the subject of the NN EGM

the RNS of the 30th September stated that they had recently been appointed nobody outside the interested parties knows how long they have been onboard it may have been a month or longer before the RNS - its hard to define recently

Thanks JT I can do that on here I have the basic level2 which gives the Cum Vol and the buy and sell From the EuA fundamentals section _ I just thought it may be displayed on one page
I have to say it is a worthwhile exercise as it is clear there are a large number of MIA's - presumably there could be more than one accumulation going on so we may never know who they are if all are below the 1% dec limit
