Share price always seems to be higher in the morning and then as soon as data is released in the Usa at 1.30 our time the price of gold and the share price falls again
Perhaps we may see a bit more interest in Gold from China now there holiday week has ended

Not going to plan,always said that the Yanks wont but a Uk share,yet alot thought it was the best thing since sliced bread

Wont be any disreency on Friday Arb will drop accordingly

Its just when you watch the kitco videos they all think inflation is good for gold
Lets hope that Andy Maquire is right with his 2300 plus gold in the next few months although i think he is a little bias

I wish it was that easy as everybody has different theories on inflation,dollar
Interest rates etc,the dollar went down on Friday so i presumed that helped,but if rates rises with inflation so does the dollar,so why does this help gold
So i am none the wiser

Powell dont appear to be very concerned about inflation and it could be quite sometime before interest rates rise,so why is gold rising,i was under the impression that inflation was good for gold

We all know the share price doesnt reflect the value of the company,but our reasons dont count.Some loss making companies share price have done very well in recent months due to the Ftse at around all time highs,but we are going down and down each week and even when gold recovers we dont follow it up,so something is amiss
So if like Mrbond suggest that things could get much worse where does that leave us perhaps 70p

I think most of us are sitting on a paper loss, as the share price hasnt been this low for the last few years apart from the Covid blip for a couple of weeks in March 2019
What worries me is if the share price doesnt rise quite soon and the markets in general fall then so wil CEY despite the price of gold

Highs cant hold or breakout,looks like a breakeven or red day again to me
