So how is the price of gas, flowing from the store, determined? Are we competing with other suppliers, who "turns on the tap", can someone hedge our supplies, are prices 'instant' etc..

If you cross the 3% threshold either way then the market has to be notified. As more shares have been issued overall, then the 3% threshold has been breached downward. It's not a negative as she has not sold any, only her % holding has reduced
