Yeah. Those couple of wins did nothing to halt the decline. Another lousy day and market update this week will probably take its toll on an already miserable share price.

Market not good today with FTSE down some 1.4% but this one goes down over 3%. It's always the same and this is heading for a year low and that's when suitors start looking for a bargain. Only problem is this one is probably not a bargain!!

If you are buying on the dips then probably worth waiting a while - this one's got further down to go yet and its already below its pre offer price!!!

Not putting a penny more into this one and so glad I'm only holding a very small amount (heart decision rather than head!).

Only thing which will redeem this one in the short term is going to be another suitor. BoD saying the previous offers didn't recognise the value of the company is just not credible unless you are looking at value in 10 years time.

Money I took out is at least earning dividends elsewhere.

Heading for 52 week low today. 2025? Nope - it's going to take longer than that for this one to recover. At this rate another takeover attempt perhaps and at a lower price Ethan the last two?

They have been turning around for years and look where it’s got them. The last two suitors walked away as they couldn’t see 240p - I know what the reason stated for no deal were but I don’t believe them. Shareholders have a right to feel they have got a bad deal here. If your time horizon is +5 years then you may get a decent payback but still believe better place for money

Following the money here means get out! This is dreadful performance

Values of this sort normally rate to payments in lieu of fees so really can’t get excited about them.

I'm not adding anything at any level on this one. I have a small holding which I will keep just for the hell of it but its back doing what it did before the Apollo and Sidara offers and their update earlier this week - dropping.

I did think the new CFO did a good job on the call/webcast but there are many better place for my cash at the moment. It may come good but it's going to take a long long time. Im at a stage where dividends are becoming my goal. This is a rank outsider

Will not touch this even on a sizeable dip. It's a lead weight and how the BOD have the audacity to say the bids they received did not recognise the inherent value in the company is beyond me. They should pay dearly for the mismanagement and destruction of a once great company. CEO should be called out on this. He inherited a mess but seems to be unable too change things. Another offer may come in on this one but it will not be anywhere near 230 and the BOD will be stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Just as I said - progressing to strategy/plan, loss of 900 millions, debt up and promises it will get batter - really same old rubbish. I'd expect SP will take a hit on this

We do not know that they walked for their own reasons. I know what they said but ….. two suitors walking is just too much of a coincidence in my opinion

I expect it will be more of the same from this one - strategy is working but it's going to take time, year is back end loaded free cash flow next year blah blah blah.

How they can say "our growth strategy continues to deliver" when 2 companies start looking at buying them at around 230, both walk and the share price drops to 130?

They have promised better shareholder value for years now and its not coming through

You have no idea whether I am out of the money here or not. I don't "gamble" with this type of company with money I can't well afford to lose and my losses her are insignificant compared to my overall holding.

Well aware of your strategy - you state it every time the price tumbles (and it's doing that very frequently). Only positive in the share price over the last year has been when there is a potential takeover not when there is results and updates from the company. That for me is very telling

For who? Certainly not the shareholders. Watch out for the “cash is back end loaded comment again in the HY results” FCF flow was, I believe, hinted at for this year - not now happening until 2025. They keep kicking the can down the road
