Eurasia was worth £20-40m 2 years back making a loss.

It has very little infrastructure.

It has acquired more land and more licenses. Needs to prove up much of this.

Clear they want to sell the majority often assets....for someone else to do the leg work.

It may in time grow/develop..,, remember Sinosteel from2016....,

Sibanye knocking out huge revenue and dividends... it’s 20years ahead of EUA.

Genuine investors would be challenging the company for news and holding the BoD to account. This is difficult when we haven’t actually seen them for years....

Looks like the FSP was triggered far too soon.

If the delay in a formal offer has been due to lots of loose ends requiring conclusion why didn’t they delay the FSP?

Yes the green revolution is here, now, which is why it’s a shame the company didn’t trigger Sinosteel years back (mentioned 2016) to capitalise on the current high metal prices.
It’s going to take years to build the infrastructure required to build a profitable mine

But the 3 month trend has been down from 36p ... to 21 p.....

It all comes across that they have/are trying to sell the company or majority of the company without first tying up loose ends...

DD has been successfully completed ... is a potential offer potentially ‘conditional’ on other stuff potentially completing ?

Or are they completing other stuff so that the offer is unconditional...

The key research on any mine sale should be how much ‘proven’ resource is there....?

What is existing infrastructure and name plate capacity...

Not a ramp or deramp but folk should thoroughly research those two items then value the company.
