@rbm is a kc is involved? If there is something to go on here, start up a fund to assist with legal funds, id happily contribute to ensure any criminality with these company’s gets punished. Im sure a lot of people especially on LSE would put towards a legal challenge.not invested here but following the progress.PI’s need more protection from fraudsters.

This company needs a 100k bitcoin to stand a chance of becoming profitable/ surviving. That’s not taking into consideration the halving.

Roger how do you call it a disastrous decision. It was needed to survive. Look at the last RNS the raise was used to for debt & working capital….a company that is thriving doesn’t need to raise to keep the lights on… Need to wake up fella and stop moaning and just accept the position you are in. Crying about it and hammering the company over your poor timing is on pointless and you are becoming more annoying then Oppenheimer.

I hold my hands up I was spiked, then spent the following weekend actually listening to some of the more experienced, please read the news and the position this company is currently in. It’s not the same mammoth back in 2021. I want this back up like most. I think we may get to 25 level but will need a massive boost in bitcoin. If bitcoin does hit the 60k there is a chance it can survive but there will be more placings unfortunately. Do the math.
