Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
This is really basic company knowledge.
Why would TM1 be advertised on the signs? The plant is owned by Recyclus. TM1 own 49% of the shares in Recyclus. Companies don’t tend to advertise their shareholders.
"it's old news we kn ow there are lots of bateries to be recycled and now cannot take more anyway .Until start selling the black mass no hope "
WKW - can you explain this sentence? Why can the company not take any more? Do you really think they've filled up the 100T capacity and are not actively recycling said intake? They reached the 100T a few months ago, and will have been recycling this since.
WKW… If you heard the interview, which of course you won’t have, they advise the Prospectus is completed from the company standpoint, i.e. all Qs raised by the FCA have been answered. It now goes back for a second reader, in line with normal practice.
So can they release it at this stage? Of course then can’t. Sometimes I wonder if you know the company at all.
Even a modicum of research would tell you that there is no / ZERO limit to the amount of black mass that can be stored. No limit whatsoever.
WKW - I thought you were invested in this stock to the tune of several tens of thousands of pounds? If this is the level of research you do on a stock you invest such an amount of money then you sound like a gambler.
Couldn't agree more. The mining assets often get overlooked, or investors are keen to see them offloaded but really they carry the potential of massive upside without any major costs for TM1. Just look at the Leinster project you mention - excellent early drill results and ZERO expenditure required from TM1. We can just piggyback on GBML's work
Huge choice of potential transformational news. For my the TFS licence will open the door to significant black mass sales with the resultant income and reduced (or no) reliance on previous funding packages which, to be honest, have been less than ideal. However, they are simply a stop-gap before income. We know the TFS is due in the next few weeks.
Next would be RTO and then ultimately black mass separation - the real pot of gold. Extremely high-class team looking into this and unique links with WMG at the University of Warwick.
Then let's not forget the 2023 £2m grant from InnovateUK, alongside University of Birmingham to develop the mobile battery recycling unit, expecting news on this in the near future,
