I would love to have seen the research, risk assessment, due diligence, email trail and minutes from the board meeting detailing the reasoning for this investment (burj). I think there was none!

240k a year is just under 5k a week... For a company which has yet to prove its model and has hit historic lows leaving 99.9% of shareholders under water, that's disgraceful

I'm in agreement with BD. Dan Maling should not (under his current package) be reappointed back onto the board. With no income NR should be looking to keep costs down, not rewarding absolute utter failure

Apologies if it’s already been discussed. Been on holiday. In 2016, Dan Maling was appointed on the 8th August and was paid 39k for those 5 months. This works out at 93k per annnum Why did he then have a pay increase of 147k in 2017 to take him to 240k per annum? Considering the share price, the sentiment of the investors, like, thats insane. Like actually completely insane. Am I missing something? What’s he doing to justify that salary?

Judging by a recent proactive investor video, I would say the “data room” (which was open around 2012), was in fact his grandkids bedroom with a bunk bed and a poster of the periodic table on the wall

i missed it at the time, not sure why, but the latest Proactive video of NR sat in a shirt and tie, in a kids bedroom, in front of a bunk bed with a poster of a periodic table is equally hilarious and tragic and just about sums up SOLO and its current predicament just get rid... if Helium1 wants to employ him as a consultant thats their prerogative... they can pay him... not SOLO shareholders I am sure there are 1 or 2 on this board who could do the day to day duties in his replacement what a clown
