What is the sweetness content on a weight for weight basis?

Example is that in a beverage the difference would be by extra water at no cost.

For a solid food with need to meet weight standard any extra replacement has to come by non-liquid addition.

Maybe I am splitting hairs.

Just the one day of trading is no indication of where the price may settle. There would have been cases of forced sales and some spec buyers and a few other reasons. Then the lack of any information of Zenakine demand gives a very clouded view. Not expecting anything out of the ‘investor meet’ either.

So where are the revenues from Zenakine.

Surely Croda has to come clean on both revenues already “somewhere” and how they are to be passed through to Skin subsequently.

Also of a not dissimilar amount!

SOH did tainted up his 6M options @ 16p for real money (presumably) at the end of 2024.

Maybe that was for protection against any bid that could kill his dream.

The SD positioning is a little disconcerting but Zenakine as offered has to be attractive in the competitive cosmetics field. Croda believes that even as a replacement for materials ‘in place ‘ now would generate volume that is attractive to shareholders. So Croda could price it to suit in the short term to maximise take up.

Thoughts?

Chances are that they have done a small number of volunteers already because the methodology uses only product use by mouth as an additive to normal diet content.

How would it be possible for Croda to make a bid.

Remember that it is Croda that is holding back essential information (NDA) that must be made available before any bid is made.

Fundamentally we are more protected against a take over insofar as the two major private holders have enough shares to protect from predation.

In fact they have more than 25% which I believe is the level at which even the company management cannot agree to a managed buyout.

Opti has an opportunity to research a blend of the weight loss market with its own products.

Get some evidence using a base of current or recent users of these drugs free of cost for a time.

If the results are that good then get active in the INFLUENCER market and open the results to the market.

That could well produce a more positive outcome than more scientific developments.

Mentioned here before is that a Slimbiome based dieting would help these patients to a longer term answer to weight gain.

I assume that SOH valued the options in order to keep his stake above any predation level and the rise to 16p is worth it.

I cannot see any director buys until the chock are pulled from the wheels of the NDA.

They have the information that stops them until release.
