Stagecoach - there we go - would the UK competition regulators allow Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Chase and Bank of America to take over the Lloyds banking Group???

Hollybean - would Mr Meerkats YE2025 Comp be affected??? Surely any buyer would be buying the 'Brand' - so, I don't see why 'Lloy' the company should be affected - hey, maybe my guess would win lol !!!

Spar - this concept has been floated before - the big questions is 'By Whom'? - the size and dominance of Lloyd makes it a real problem as a takeover target - Can't really be by any of the already established players in the UK because of UK competition rules - that leaves only one of the huge Chinese or American players who don't already have a UK presence
