For positive ambience on here this weekend. It should be a sunny weekend, time to perhaps reach out to family and friends not seen for a while and to safely enjoy a little normality as lockdown eases. It's nice to read positive research on here to digest and assess all the positives that EUA have, and the welcome upside of a much higher company value in the future. Thanks to those responded to those who are batting off the 'uncrupulous' and down-right 'deceiving' monikers casting doubts on the excellent prospects of this company. With an excellent BOD working on creating and crystallizing maximum shareholder value I am looking forward to the days and weeks ahead as the true value if EUA unfolds. What am I doing awake. Asleep.

Each of my safe stocks are down today: EUA, HEMO and ...ECR.

Main final potential bidders made final offers. EUA share the offers but not the company name eg. Potential buyer A £4bn; potential buyer B £5bn; C £6bn. Look this RNS says .....this is what you are up against with C, so A and B of you want to secure the most wanted assets in the world you need to up your offers. We may even still go it alone. However how badly do C want EUA? Can see over £10bn here. IMO.

One thing I hate about most cars is how quickly they depreciate. Peugeot's in particular will probably be near the top of the list. They had great diesal engines in the 80s and 90s. The engines lasted forever. However, back to EUA which is an appreciating asset, and considerably at that. We will find out soon but there is no way it's worth £800,000 at the current share price. It's worth considerably more to the right buyer with foresight to see what's coming now and in the future regarding PGM prices, supply needs, environmental concerns etc etc.

Buying in here at about 9p last year believing there would be progress with the deal. However as stated in an RNS at the time Eli's commitment to tackling Covid had taken priority so time extensions were given. They could have ended things then. I sold out at the time at a small profit. Fast forward a year and I'm back in at a lower price and awaiting positive info on a deal. I really think it will happen this time, Hemo and Eli have been working together well for years and that should continue with a licensing agreement which takes the SP above 50p in the first instance.

Although unhappy with the capital raise initially it is fair to say that if the finance brings forward greater opportunities which help to speed up the prove up of gold in the ground leading to a more lucrative JV to then that is good. A new drill rig would help to achieve this.

EUA had no Rosego agreement for an additional 104moz and the values estimated were est . at approx £3bn-£6bn. Now we have a potential Japanese Co capable of purchasing the PGMs, alongside many potential other co's. Like others have said we keep strengthening our position to negotiate a full sale at probably £10bn +. EUA could mine themselves but I believe it has been the intention to sell 'all' but if bids too low EUA will sell WK and Monch and keep the 75% ownership of the 9 mines, particularly if bids are too low. But this is a golden opportunity for a company/s large enough to secure this whole area for future PGMs in a growing market. They just need to ramp up the offers. IMHO

The market will wake up to the potential here.
