I was waiting to see if the small rise would be sold into by Taylor Partners but as this has not happened, I have to agree that it looks like they have finished selling. If and when this is confirmed via RNS then I expect the share price to re-rate quickly.
I understand many AIM investors don't like holding but that is all you need to do here. One day an RNS will drop which will transform the share price. I had a good reminder of this today when another investment in VELA which was in a similar position started to come good with a 50% increase in price (with hopfully more to come tomorrow). BLU will come good as most here know but I understand some frustration, in reality I don't mind the delay as it will allow me to add further.
RE: $3,000,000 in non-dilutive funding20 Apr 2023 13:53
I would much rather a company raise during the good times as development Phrma companies will always have a high cash burn rate. Raising when they TILS did was a good move. I was also heavily invested in DDDD and they failed to raise when they should and that did not turn out well!
$3,000,000 in non-dilutive funding20 Apr 2023 13:33
“Tiziana is also seeking $3,000,000 in non-dilutive funding from a prestigious Alzheimer’s foundation to support the Phase 2a trial. It is my expectation that this funding application will be submitted Q2 2023 with a response expected Q3 2023.”
No doubt we have seen a concerted effort to regain the dollar rule compliance, what will be interesting to see is if once compliance is reached then if that will allow more institutional buying to take place? Of course we may drop back below a dollar but equally I could see this over three dollars very quickly as the Pharma sector in general is recovering. Obviously it is understandable why some are selling after months of been deep under water here but I think I am going to wait until stage 2 trials are completed as I think we could then be multiples of where we are now.
BoNidel to be fair without the algorithm used to drive the price down last week the price wouldn't have "flopped" as you describe it so a bit of an unfair comment.
