There are so many directors of companies on aim that just go through the motions for years taking a huge salary and bonuses then diluting, consolidating and rinsing and repeating. Occasionally then they'll make a token gesture of spending a few grand on shares to make investors think they've got confidence in the firm. When its on its backside, the company is no more and they end up at another firm doing the same thing.
MY burning question is, how on earth do you get a position like this. How do you keep getting jobs when your track record stinks of failure? Must be some club we aren't a part of
