For what it's worth Davy have reduced their price target from E9.50 to E9.00. They retain "Out-preform" rating. They also reduced the price for AIB, retained Hold rating
I have the closing high for the year as E8.17, the closing low as E6.24. Suspect we will see a new closing low for the year to-day. The low today so far was E6.075. Can it all be down to Brexit?
Bronxville, I have a memory from many years ago (could be mistaken) the board members of CRH were expected to hold 2 years fees worth of stock. Stock to be purchased within a reasonable period of time following appointment.
I checked the annual report, only 2 directors hold over 10,000 shares. The total cost of the board was over €3M. I consider myself a small shareholder however I hold more that the 6 smallest holdings. The board are happy to take the money however they have so little faith in the business they are not prepared to invest.
I believe the SP is still over the SP when the FFY (Fyffes) deal was announced. The SP ran up very quickly as TOT was seen as a takeover case. Obviously that didn't happen so the SP has come back down for now. Will TOT still be listed in 2 years? I doubt it.
