I'm tied into lbe now so it'll have tobe the long game played here. Without wishing to be totally negative, where would a duster in the next drill leave us (gulp) share price wise. The pressure is ratcheted up with exploration alone and i don't see a production deal any time soon.
Any drilling hits thereafter will then only get us to a similar point we arenow in terms of SP and then we have seen hits do not always mean material rise in SP.
Ah well at least the BOD won't hit their price targets upon which they would receive a shed load of shares. Every cloud...
Absolutely nothing of note for me in that presentation - Nothing we didn't already know from previous RNSs anyway. Pointless and a poor attempt at generating interest/improving SP.
I was trying hard to ask a question but failed, perhaps as i was watching on a mobile.
I wanted to acknowledge that due to sky high oil prices it is a very difficult trading environment at this present time. I have no problem with that at all. What i did want to question is why a production deal was not possible during times when the oil price was on the floor and then through a more stable recovery period??
Can't see it having any effect but we can hope.
Icemax. I take your point but there really is little point in regurgitating what we already know. Maybe they'll provide us with more information than what's been identified in the previous RNSs in which case yes let's hear it!
Up to now... initial short term strategy changed and failed...
Clutching at straws now. The operational update didn't work on improving share price/generating interest so now trying a presentation.
Exactly that MozzaBezza. A failed attempt to try and generate interest and increase SP. They are desperate.
Market not interested in the rns, it needs and wanted production.
Balls up
We really are in a very very **** poor position here!
I previously said that i hoped we had a hit on the next drill or we could see 40p. I amend that to 30p... eek!
The BOD quite clearly thought that they knew best when not investing in production when POO was on its knees...
Failed strategy I'm afraid
Let's hope the next is a hit or we'll be at 40p.
Means little when you have no income.
Doubt it haggis. The stock market is very unforgiving
And here comes another SP fall.
Failed strategy in this current oil price climate...
Thanks for the response DTN. Sorry i thought it was a standard dividend return. Cheers.
Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem.
The latest dividend, as the same with most of us, was paid a few days late from the official payment date. It is not listed in my dividends statement of my Halifax account but is just shown in my cash statement. The funds have not been automatically reinvested.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Is it due to the payment delay?
