It does matter if you do not have a licence enabling you to trade, this isn’t just to sell in Lithuania, they won’t be able to trade in Europe.

Took a read of it this morning, you have asked a few times regarding it and can see that Ferhat is either 100% confident on obtaining MICA, or they are going to be in a bit of a mess if it does end up being rejected.

With this close to the deadline, I guess it’s up to interpretation and I know bake do not hold loads of funds but people would need to get it out if it is rejected, so saying they have no winding down plans is very good.
