I’ve explained why, if I see a target of six to twelve months, pick the twelve months any sooner is a positive, this also stops people complaining if it wasn’t done in six months.

October to April or July is a time period within that six to twelve months.

It’s like moving house, it can be done 12 weeks, but really how many is done that quickly? If you were setting a target of 12 weeks you’re most likely to be disappointed when it didn’t happen. I recently moved and it took a full 6 months.

I replied to Aim as I don’t know if he would like to read it, he might filter / unfilter people.
