If anyone is interested LRE will pay a large return in the next 6-9 months worth checking out GLA.

In a update at some time this year they said they would pay the same as last year but next year they would go to two normal divis

Received a call from Geoff Callow the 11pence will not be paid until the 4th quarter 2014 at the earliest they are not sure how they will return the capital either could be share consolidation, dividend ,share buyback, will keep shareholders informed he said i quote !! people are taking profits on the massive rise of this company the reason for the sells .The pros 292 pence a share and a company that seems to have big ideas. The cons a doubling of shares issued and not knowing where the market will set the price when this is concluded. The price should be around the 170 mark on this years averages, but who can say??

make this co. valuation about 764 pence a a share!! This being 49% costing $942.51 million divided by 1.7 = £554.41 million x2 1108820 divided by 145 million shares =7.64 worth staying around for a little while longer one thinks. This calculation is only for 98% of the share issue

special divi, but can you buy today and still get it ?? Them after hour trades are nursing there losses this am.

Read it over and over 292 p special divi nav £ 5.00 something and one company will hold 50% of the shares but will not have to make an offer for the rest ,money from a CFD .Even if you buy now your going to recieve 75% of your money back and still hold the shares I'm in at £3.80 they pay a 2% divi as well GLA

thats just under 8% at 144 and if you say that they have sold 15% of the company at the most with the deal 2,71 euros less 15% .4065 euros = 2.3035 euros which is around 188 pence for the rest of the co.+11 pence not bad if you was in early enough GLA .

has the share price not flown ?? . they said a capital return so they could do a consolidation of shares, but on the other side of the coin ,if the spanish co. was offering 700 million euros, that will now be worth 2.71 euros because there is no debt. worth sitting in at the moment in my opinion
