Hi All
Has there been any indication of how much each test costs to produce, how easy the tests are to produce and the accuracy in comparison to rivals?
These points are key to how commercially viable the test is and the potential order book.
I think there is a song in their somewhere 600!!

Just noticed the share increase and I see this as a good time to exit...
I originally invested due to the promise of mining activity and JS involvement, however it quickly changed to be a R&D operation and JS exited.
IMO there is no value in this business... certainly no book value at the present time. The the £19m market cap is made up of future revenue from the R&D and potential monies from outstanding court cases... anyone hoping that Miner one the portacabin in Ukraine will come back on line with the outdated equipment is living in cuckoo land... this business is going to need a lot of cash... I'm surprised it can even afford the lawyer fees for the 'patents'.
GL all... have fun with the the ballet dancers - I do hope they Pirouette for you :)
The US probably think ARBK is well overpriced... hence the lack of appetite for the shares...
The problem is that the Nasdaq summary page is stating a market cap of over $7billion when in fact it is a 10th of this...
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/arbk
No one is going to buy shares in this if they think the MC is $7billion... not when we are giving updates stating we are mining 150-200 BTC per month...
Yep - 75m shares added to the share register - but over £80m added to assets... there are three ways of funding growth, dilution, debt or through retained profits ie selling bitcoin... there are arguments for and against all methods...
Just think, if bit coin goes up by just another $15k or so and Texas goes to plan, this company with a market cap of £550m could be making that in profit by this time next year!
I will tell you why you hold, you hold because you Sir are smart...just look at the fundamentals...
Current market cap - circa £550m
Current mining gross profit circa £75m, with BC at $45000
Texas paid for and this should increase mining by a minimum of 4 fold by this time next year... so £300m GP if bitcoin stays at $45k
If bitcoin hits $90K then you can double the £300m to £600m GP... say overhead costs of £100m (which I highly doubt) then we are left with £500m profit...
At the current price you have bought into a company which could potentially pay you a dividend of the same amount from next year going forward...
I don't think the Sp will stay at this level for long... :)
Hi All...
It has been a painful few weeks to hold ARB - like most i expected the SP to be flying by now.
The fundamentals are still looking really good though...
467m shares in issue (including the placing shares) at a share price of 1.25 values the business at circa £583m...
The business is currently mining circa 2500 bit coin per annum, on a circa 80% GP - at current bit coin prices this is circa £90m gross profit per annum.
The Texas site which is already paid for through the IPO should increase mining capacity 5 fold, based on the maximum power available at the site... therefore £90m Gross Profit * 5 = £450m Gross Profit per annum and Texas being 100% operational is just over one year away.
In the meantime, if bitcoin does its thing and goes hits the sacred $100k USD, that £450m Gross Profit turns into £1B gross profit...
A market cap of £583m for a company which could be making $1B per annum gross profit in just over a year... what a deal!!!
All in my opinion of course and as ever I would suggest that anyone reading does their own research and reaches their own conclusions!
'For October to July they have got our product selling in display stands at point of sale in 2500 stores that we know of. In anyone’s book that’s blooming amazing don’t you think'
Yes - amazing, great job! ... but unless this results in actual sales then it is irrelevant to the conversation..
It is a real pivotal moment in my opinion...
If the sales are there then all is good... if the sales aren't there then it is a worry...
The accounts are from a period when we weren't fully trading so don't tell us much...
The quarterly update will send the shareprice one way or t'other...
Until then, a decent Director buy should steady the ship... here's hoping :)
The issue for me isn't the RNS so much as the market cap - the share price is currently valuing the company at £63m while there is no book value to the business, in fact the equity on the BS is negative.
Yes, there is great potential for the company and the mgmt team have done a great job in rolling out the product to 2000+ stores, however are consumers buying?
If after being in 2000+stores for a few months and the business is turning over £5m per month with a 30% gross margin with room to expand the range and distribution then we have an £63m business...
The quarterly sales figures will be interesting but until we see decent sales I think the business may be over valued at the current share price.
hi all..
Just looking at this one as a possible purchase, I am just a little concerned that as at the last results the business had just 1.5m in equity while the book value is 80m... the 1.3m sales with approx a 30% gross margin.. seem a bit on the low side for such a high valuation... anyone any ideas? are ZOE expecting a big rush of orders and demand?
hi guys - please would you comment on my thoughts below - pick holes in them, scrutinize them etc etc...
Market cap circa 350m
On course to turnover 60m ish - currently operating on a circa 75% gross margin, last year admin expense was 2.5m ish, lets call it 10m for this year, so hopefully an EBITDA of circa 35m...
Would this be a p/e ratio of 10... this would seem pretty good ...
On the downside bitcoin needs to hold it's price, but on the flip side, don't we now have a much better hash rate, which allows us to mine 28% more? Also a new facility in Texas about to come online... do we know what qty this is expected to mine?
'Someone is selling out of their short'
Don't you buy out of a short - not sell
If a shorter decreased their short position wouldn't the price rise as they would need to buy shares to cover the position and the buying would drive the price up?
