me to Belstaff - but it has to be at the right price... and for a company that will be at the forefront of quantum computing, the right price for me is £2.00 per share
Perhaps this one....

This was a buy I made as a test - you can't trust the buy/sell narrative
Hi Jane,
Not getting touchy at all, in fact this is what the boards are for, discussion... so when someone brought this debt up yesterday I went away, researched it, looked at it a bit more and got some help from a chap on here with regard to a conclusion which made total sense.
Are you saying that this isn't an intercompany debt? As i can't see what else it could be.
guys - it's an intercompany debt... easily dealt with, essentially a subsidiary (Brainspark) owes the parent (CLP).... this is why it was eliminated on consolidation.
Hi JaneDoss
I'm not seeing the $40m debt on the balance sheet?
The consolidated balance sheet as at Dec 19 is showing €8m of assets funded by €6m of debt and €2m equity.
There is a €36m inter-company debt on the balance sheet of Brainspark but this was eliminated on consolidation...
Do you have access to information that we don't?
Thanks
Chriszzr - that's it...
I might have got there myself eventually... still using the abacus over here!
I imagine that there is a really simple explanation... I just don't know what it is... this is where you need the Bee Keeper chap to fill in the gap...
Reading the December 2019 accounts of both Brain Spark Associates and Clear Leisure you can see that BSA has been consolidated 100% with CLP, which makes sense as it is a whole owned subsidiary.
The gap that is missing for me is that BSA had net liabilities of 36m Euro as at 31 Dec 2019, however at the same date it was consolidated with into CLP financial statements with net liabilities of just 669k... see page 46 of the CLP 2019 Financial Statements.
I can't see that this is explained anywhere in the Financials of CLP... although there must be a reason...
Both companies were audited by the same auditor and 36m is a very material amount, so I am surprised that there isn't a specific note in regard to this, unless i have missed it?
if it moves like this when a betting company increases their position, I wonder what it will do on real news
In my opinion, until we get positive news about mining operations we will likely see small daily reductions in the share price as retail investors get worried, sell and seek opportunities elsewhere.
FG stated in the podcast that we would be mining in a couple of weeks, therefore I am hoping for an RNS before the end of the week, certainly by Friday of next week.
£1.6m buys you a lot of equipment and expertise - you could even start a cloud based operation if needed, just to get going until you get delivery of new equipment.
I am positive, very positive!
There isn't enough information to make the calculation down to the penny.
RKB is buying in batches so we don't know the average price paid, also we don't know what his/her deductible costs are (Broker fees, SDRT etc)
My prediction...
If the court case is negative, then this will drive the price down below 2p, if positive it will take it to around 3p...
After the court case, with no news around mining operations this will very slowly fall... (sentiment driven)
Any positive news setting up mining operations will cause the share to rise...
Any positive news of successful mining will cause the share to rocket
All in my opinion - i could be totally wrong
Hi All - Does anyone know if the Directors of CLP have experience in mining bitcoin and what that experience is - have they had mining success in the past?
Are we still on for the £3 tomorrow?
Afternoon all... just checking in - last chance to buy or sell before the big day tomorrow... day of tears? or are the negatives priced in do we think?
Book value should be pretty strong and Dan seems to be taking this in the right direction so should be ok IMO...
