Matherdj, nothing is guaranteed but after the last abortive deal with one-dyas they will be careful not to repeat that for their own credibility,
Also they have already started working towards closing the deal by bringing in expert personnel in that arena, I don't think they could have stretched the silence any longer than they did,it was damaging to the company,
Thing's may not have changed but some steps towards it was made this week and the shareprice reflects that.

Yes well production resumes in Texas next week after the big freeze so oil could slump, so don't get to in front with predictions.
