to preach twice......error 6/10 could do better(see me after class)

I hate taking a hit on the indices but with only 30 shares the Dow can be fairly unpredictable, keeping losses contained is the way to go but easier to preach to preach than practice..a couple of days ago I somehow let myself get into a loss much larger than was sensible ( because I am stubborn) and it came good and I closed the position with a £80 profit..but It could just has easily gone against me..I should have taken the loss much smaller and contained and got back in (or not) later,sometimes I take risks that are far to big just to get my money back.. 15 yrs s betting and Im still learning..maybe I am a slow learner. .Enjoy the weekend..

I am still here,still holding,still hurting....the reason? well I dont like being defeated and also because there has been a steady stream of (light) buying over the past couple of days and the nasty million doller bash seems to have stopped,so Brian, Ian, & Hansie if you are looking in over the weekend....pull your fingers out and get that update delivered. .Sorry to you all for letting myself get piszed off this week and enjoy the bank hol..

At least SP Angel still think is a buy....but I still think your Kempston @ the 3.30 is possibly the best bet,you know where you stand with that and you get decent odds..

I think everyone was assuming that the bad news was all on the table and recovery was the next step to this sad story, but this is Goldplat and I dont think anything would surprise me further. I honestly thought that this was one of the better companys on the aim market, but its been one disapointment after another, no point going over old ground we only have what remains to decide on. My finger is hovering and tommorow I will make my decision but I have let my investment erode further than what is sensible or logical, my break even point is 7p so I stand to lose a fair portion but while this could turn around and allow me a exit, it could just as easily go to 1p..and on aim anything is possible,so tommorow is my deadline.ATB

Approx 10% of the shares in circulation have been sold by the ex directors,not good for the sp and diabolical for the average PI...and still not many buys at this level, all of the longtermers here have either sold or have gone into the bunker,what a mess. .and like Nick pointed out,how come they could make a profit when gold was $800, now manage a loss when gold is 50% higher? It can only be bad management, I can see no quick fix here, only one bad event after another....GL guys..
