The idea is simple sell echo and wbi to register a loss to balance profits made during the year, simple so the don't pay massive tax and spread the risk over more financial years.
After 31 March it will be a new financial year and dumping echo and wbi will be a crazy idea as both companies are not in high risk areas.
So End of march is the strong sign. sp likely to return to 4.5 or above

iamrich, don't think Monecor knows this fact or they know more since they re-bought earlier. They could have waited few months more. At least they will have a clue about the next raising prices! they have the cash to participate in the next cash raise thanks the small investors baying high and selling cheap.
Usually these local traders do know a bit about share movement as they are investors and potential investors and closer to the source of informal info.
My guess is if there is a cash raise it will be at 0.35p or above and Monecor will be a part of it.
Monecor has a hint on the nature of possible partnership to come. Overwise they could have waited for further sp decline if any.
share supply is very limited at this level as they have being moped dry by Monecor.

Monecor was selling few months ago when he knew the waiting is long. Now he is buying back simple. There must be a reason for changing his mind 180 degrees.

Directors got options on Dec 2022 and Monecur got more stock. It can not head north before they are full of stock.
It is a good sign, Monecur did not acquire shares to sell them tomorrow.
