Do you seriously believe Phil has much of a say against two major companies and shareholders, I suspect the delay is as much about Bosch ensuring their patented technology is protected as much as possible . More of a worry the longer any delay goes on is the geo-political situation, if Xi decides to invade Taiwan all bets will be off.

legal, I don't believe PJ is despondent at all, previously two other target areas generated a much better reaction from PJ and would still make a significant difference to the company sp if proved up. Target T1.6, 15th Sept RNS "§ Based on 3D modelling of all available geophysical data including the previous AEM survey, the targeted T1-6 EM conductor been estimated to have an approximate strike-length of 2,600m in a broadly E-W direction and is estimated to extend for around 1,000m down dip (towards the south)." Then from 20th Oct RNS ""The initial findings from hole DDH1-6B are exciting, confirming the extension of pyroxenite layering to the south of original hole KKME1-6 and providing significant core intervals for expedited processing and subsequent assay testing.
The presence of visible sulphide mineralisation toward the end of the current hole has led us to make the decision to extend the planned target depth of DDH1-6B to at least 650m."
From Sept 30th Target T1.3 "Geophysical inversion of the MLEM data has highlighted a significant 'jelly-bean' shaped, geophysical conductor at target area T1-3. This conductor remains open to the east-west and sits within a magnetic trough observed in both the ground and airborne magnetic surveys. No drilling has ever been completed over this target area.

§ Historical airborne electromagnetic ("AEM") data over T1-3 have been further analysed with results showing the MLEM conductor may extend out to 1.6km in an east-west direction, based on coincident airborne/ground survey anomalies."
From Dec07 update on T1.3 "The inaugural drillhole (DDH1-3) into target area T1-3A is progressing well with the last reported depth being down to 355.66m. This drillhole is still underway.
§ Initial core review identified visible nickel sulphides at 327m and also within the interval from 348-354m, where an increase in intensity of visible disseminated sulphide mineralisation was identified. XRF readings taken within this interval have confirmed the sulphides to be nickeliferous.
§ It should be noted that the above findings are from the initial core review, and the grade of any nickel or other mineral intersections, can only be accurately determined from assay testing of ****genised samples at an accredited laboratory.

So two out of four targets look very promising, whilst T14 and T2-3 (stretches over 12km) less so potentially

The combination of the ground MLEM and airborne EM geophysics datasets into a single 3D model has enabled a geological model to be developed. This is interpreted to show a geological contact zone between mafic/ultramafic magmatic intrusive rocks and potentially sulphur rich sedimentary rocks (as signified by overlapping highly magnetic and conductive bodies). Melting of the sedimentary rocks at this intrusive contact zone could have led to magma mixing, differentiation, and contamination that triggered sulphide saturation and the segregation of an immiscible sulphide melt which could have resulted in the accumulation of massive sulphide mineralisation. It appears that this prospective, highly conductive, contact zone was not intersected by the previous drillhole KKME1-14.

§ As a result of further integration and analysis of available datasets, target area T1-14 has been upgraded by the Company to Priority A+ status and a 700m drillhole (DDH1-14A) is now planned following the completion of DDH1-6B(2). It is estimated that the superconductor could be reached at a downhole depth between 450-500m."
Subsequently, unlike other target areas where sulphides have been mentioned, the only other reference to the T14 target was on 7th Dec RNS to announce drilling complete at less than the planned depth

James the T14 target was planned for 700m depth but was stopped a just over 500 m

Probably best to pull stumps on the debate for now until the Business Update arrives this month. The big one here as far as I am concerned is skinbiotix rather than any acquisition, and as SOH at Opti knows to his (and investors) cost, large Business Partners call the shots and will launch only when they are ready, Stuart can only try and influence Croda but must learn to curb his optimistic forecasts and report facts rather than assumptions, to prevent future pump and dump episodes, no matter how well intended. Bel, Clio, Toyin and I we are all LTH's here and want the same thing; the company to succeed bigtime. It is also right that both negatives and positives are presented for debate, however, repeating previous points that have been responded to when there has been no further new information is unhelpful; what I think we can all agree on is that the products are world class but the progress made to successfully launch them has been far slower than predicted by the Board.

lord, I totally understand your lack of faith in SOH delivering on what he has said in light of past performance. However, I have more confidence Probiotix Health will actually be moved onto AIM sooner rather than later as like us SOH will find it extremely difficult to milk this asset to keep the lights on as he has done with skinbio if he leaves it on Aquis

Having just watched an ecr interview , their geologist was asked about assay turnaround times in Australia from the labs and stated that around 2-2.5 weeks for 150 samples is now the norm, so I suspect samples held in SA labs 9th Dec 2022 will have been returned. However, if a potential district scale discovery is suspected it makes sense to get all results back so that the full extent of what they have can be evaluated

Toyin I have no problems with the need to ensure that 20000 litres scale-up will need to be tested and verified. However, we have previously been informed that Sederma can produce 600 litres every 18 h ours or so, which is enough to satisfy the needs of the 12 VIP customers. Hence, as COP's were to be given a head start with their launch and are no doubt already in possession of the lysate, then they can go ahead and launch as planned with the additional benefits already proven at that scale up level can they not?

Look elrico asked bel where he got his 15 mth timeline since the additional benefits were identified a nd the date of that RNS announcement was 15 mths ago, simples. Now if you want to get picky about the need to prove up at 20000 litres before launch let me remind you that the first release was supposed to be to VIP customers met from the 600 litre scale up so nothing to stop that going ahead as planned with the additional claims, after all it would justify a premium price being paid for premium products

Read my previous post and link, he intends to move to AIM. Unless you absolutely have to sell at this ridiculous price you are not "stuffed" it will recover quickly on a more liquid exchange following results expected this month. Also there must be a distinct possibility that one of Probiotix major Customers will consider an offer for the company

If Opti themselves didn't own nearly half the holding would kind of agree with you Lord. However, having declared a value of the holding as a potential asset value at circa 20p previously, SOH cannot afford to do nothing about the current illiquid situation that is giving a very distorted valuation based on a few minimal share sells so there is hope.
