DIRECTORS
TAQA’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) comprises six directors and a chairman with a broad range of backgrounds, expertise and commercial experience. Each director is appointed for a term of three years and, at the end of that period, the Board may be reconstituted.

The transaction is consistent with TAG and its group companies' strategy to form relationships with institutions that will help to develop Supply@Me's inventory funding capability alongside banks and intermediaries, as outlined in recent communications.

The Company will announce further details regarding its comprehensive inventory funding process and its developing relationship with a number of institutional investors as soon as practicable.
