are you buying back in here? the trading range could be 10/20p for years depending on level of d4e. too much uncertainty. i don’t see how i can get my money back with this share. ps i sold have my shares for 16p and still have half my holding.

If they get through the crisis, il probably do the same. It’s anyone’s guess where the price will be post dilution and if that’ll even be the bottom. If we add then it could be a very long term hold. Shares will probably be suspended othe day that the d4e announced and reopen post court approval.

Veteran surely you are gonna stay away from pfc now if you think the are going to trade low range.

One theory is that “note holders” won't be owning as much of the company as they thought post restructure. Nice to see share price increase today.

I think the price will rise now that we have the confirmed process of restructuring on the table. We don't know dilution so I would wonder why anyone will be selling as there is nothing new in RNS. Expect shorts to close really soon too now - I think some where hoping for a BUST.

The Group is also progressing discussions on the proposed financial restructure with its bank lending group and its two largest shareholders (representing approximately 34% of the ordinary share capital of Petrofac) who remain supportive of the Group’s efforts in strengthening its financial position.

If it’s good for asfari it’s good for me. Tbh no new negative news we didn’t already know about dilution - expect shorts to close v v soon now as they won’t wait - it’s pfc it could be up 20% Monday as we have agreement on process. Who knows?
