Interesting to see adr performance this week. We could all be offered 15p for our shares in a TO and at the moment that might be alright! Better than nothing

I am in the same position orange moon and our fate will be decided soon. Shocking why they didn’t do a raise when this was 70p back October and they knew the issues. Instead they allowed the share price to become effectively worthless. Ud think they had deliberately tried to destroy existing holders. It’s out of their control and nothing to stop creditors taking a vastly controlling stake in this company or just winding it up. Notice that we havnt heard from any non executive directors yet… they need to fire this bod!

High risk stuff guys over the next few weeks. On a positive note we read near the bottom of the financial statement that the group hopes to reinstate the dividend in due course when they correct the balance sheets. 😜

expect trading to recommence when they have a viable financial way forward or have to offer on the table. we are still above water so that’s a positive thing. asfari is still looking after his 85 million shares so he doesn’t want a **** offer. expect to fly once this is outa the way.

Downto the wire then with tomorrow . Surely there will be a race for the exit if this does open up ten fold. Then again this is speculation on action with pfc adr. Either way as long as it continues to trade with a satisfactory re financing that’s about as much as I hope for.
