Dana, I agree, I do not understand the detail of his Boohoo dealings, I read sometime ago about him taking his own company to court for fraud (I think he still owns 51% of AB produce) - they have not filed any accounts for about 3 years!!
Seems dodgey to me.... and taking advantage of his position.
