One of my businesses banks with these lot, about 3 weeks ago they put the account on stop because they noticed more money was getting paid in 🤦‍♂️ I was making payments out thinking the money was being sent and it wasn’t, I only realised it was on stop when I drove 50 minutes to a branch, took my life into my hands by walking through a town centre to pay a cheque in and the lady said I needed to ring customer services, had to do the whole process again 2 days later after answering loads of questions 🤬

I have not flown in 5 years, it does my head in, I would rather drive 5/6 hours to Cornwall or Devon 😂
