You can probably buy through fill or kill. I'm pretty certain JBER still have a handful at 12.27, but not many. They're a pest.
Anyone else?!
Come on, let's smash that 200ma out the water and re-test the 15p resistance... Would be an amazing base ready for news...
Nearly there... Let's hope we see more sustained buying this afternoon.
ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT UNTIL FEBRUARY!
:o)
Haha 1 shares are fun aren't they! Not sure I pay much attention though if I'm honest, usually it's someone messing around. But we are well in the news window so who knows?!
Anyway, I've been messing around with dummy quotes all day and it's impossible to get any significant size at all. Literally NT right now for 20k shares...
200ma on daily is at 12.2 I believe. Chartist would you agree a crack of this today would be exceptionally bullish?
Is it time to get excited yet?! Actually what am I on about, I've been excited for weeks... !
We’re going around in circles. Please can we end this subject now ffs!
See you all in the morning. I have a good feeling about tomorrow (not necessarily for RNS to land, but for SP action to be strong)
artyth, you have a strong opinion and that’s fine. Let’s just all leave it at that and move on please.
Anyway, back to the task at hand. Nuvec is going to be a monster. Multi billion company in the making. Don’t miss out. Rocket emojis etc ;)
I should clarify that it was the uncertainty caused by the RNSs that I didn’t like. The fact it failed was out of their hands and the decision to close that division was actually a wise one imo. Why waste time and resources on that when Nuvec looks so promising... ??
On a different note. I’ve seen similar companies in the delivery sector that are valued anywhere from £30m - £60m. We are valued at around £10m (for now at least).
GLA.
You’re missing the point entirely. I also felt Sildenafil was handled badly, but my point is that the news was released immediately when Nigel knew. There was no trying to gloss over it, it was straight to the point. Hence my view that if there was bad news coming here for Nuvec we’d likely know about it already...
I’ll accept your apology btw.
Norrinrad, sildenafil was a failure and they subsequently closed the division. However it is very important to note that it was Nuvec news that propelled this SP up to the dizzy heights of 35p and Nuvec has continued to exceed expectations ever since.
Artyth, what are you on about? I’m not preaching anything. I just stated that Nigel released bad news on sildenafil immediately, in fact much earlier than he, arguably, needed to (the results were not officially due until well after he released the RNS). That’s a fact. So whether you agree with how it was handled or not bears no relevance at all to my comment and maybe you should take your rude comment back.
N4Pharma attending an event on 13th Feb to discuss “advanced drug delivery systems” alongside, guess who, Astra Zeneca...

Haha yes I agree about the nerve wracking part! I'm heavily invested in here and have been for a long time, but truly believe in Nigel's ability to pull through.
I think MedImmune are clearly very, very interested in Nuvec, they've been working with us for approaching a year with no negative news at all. I personally think that, at very worst, they'll agree a further collaboration agreement (which will make another provision for an exclusivity arrangement). Why would they allow us to enter into discussion with another party after all the work they've done??
Also note that Nigel was very quick at releasing the bad news on Sildenafil. If there was any bad news for Nuvec I firmly believe we'd know by now (or at least the SP would be suggesting such, like it did for Sildenafil).
Of course it's very much a gamble here. Nuvec works and the SP multiplies, it doesn't and it crashes. The important thing which encouraged my decision is that, so far, Nuvec has exceeded expectation. Why wouldn't that continue? Risk v reward is strong imo. Good luck to us all!
Just noticed it's NT for any amount on Lloyds. Not sure about other brokers, but that's very intriguing!
After tomorrow, there's just one week left of January... MedImmune need to do something asap or we can enter discussions with other majors!
Exciting.
Two weeks tops in my honest opinion until an update lands.
MedImmune have been with us for nearly one year. If they were planning to leave surely we'd know by now!!
Nigel still silent, likely to be in discussions. As stated, there's two bullish outcomes here. Either revised collaboration agreement or exclusivity deal. Either will put a rocket up this SP.
15p resistance to break through, 23p gap to fill and 35p all time high to go, then it's blue skies baby! £100m m/cap (plus) market cap company? Definitely not out the question. Check out the deal with AVCT last year... Any sniff of a significant deal with a major and we are multi bagging!
I have full faith in Nigel, especially due to his monster holding! Bring on the news.
DYOR and GL.
Read the RNS and it looks like a near 50% drop is well overdone?! In for the bounce!
I'll be very surprised if we don't re-test the 15p resistance fairly quickly.
However, with right news, we have that beautiful 23p gap to fill and all time high is at 35p. Once that's broken it's literally blue skies.
Bring on the news!
I notice MMs dropped the bid marginally today before any trades were even placed! Now it's firmed up significantly.
Anyone else smelling a bullish RNS this week on MedImmune tie up?? Still a beautiful gap to fill at 23p... Tick tock...
Glebewhite, if you check RNSs you'll see that Nigel has updated market as soon as any news is "known". He released the bad news about Sildenafil well before he needed to imo, but that's just the kinda guy he is.
Fwiw I contacted Nigel recently with some questions and he responded but said he couldn't answer. When a company responds like that, from my personal experience, it means they are currently "inside" and working on something. Who knows really but I'm personally expecting something by end of month latest.
You sound excited chartist, just as excited as us long term holders about the news and not just the chart! Nice to see.
Look forward to the rest of this week... 15p by Friday close?? 23p gap fill by month end?? Then onto new highs... you never know!
A nice little flurry of ~50k buys today. There's not much left until it's back to double digits!
MedImmune have just over two weeks for exclusivity or Nigel is free to talk to other companies. They have already confirmed they want to continue working with us (as they are), so I'd expect at the very least a revised collaboration agreement if exclusivity is not exercised at this stage.
Good luck all holders (including myself of course). It could be a very exciting quarter.
DYOR.
