DBAY paid £55m for a 51% stake which they value the company at £108m or 28.5p per share but there's now only 186m shares available to trade, I can definitely see this going higher than 30p short term.
RE: ESL - The most followed company on VOX Mkts!26 Feb 2020 22:06
I've always thought it was like a franchise working for ESL in that the driver pays for the truck himself though some lease agreement with ESL, but then again I could be wrong.
Especially if Wincanton come back with a takeover offer. From a post earlier, I've gone through all the recent rns's and I can't see any mention of an offer of 6p already been made.
The problem with voting by proxy is that the bod will just ignore it and instead ask for a show of hands which is exactly what Colin did that time, that's why it's imperative that you have the numbers there on the day.
If you're referring to me unfortunately I'm not allowed to go as I don't own any shares (sold out a few years back) but it annoys me to hell to see a company with once such great potential been decimated by these lying crooks.
