So I took SC's post this morning, removed all words that were meaningless and was left with the following "likely, potentially, possibly, if, should".

Not that I want it to but if the sp does dip towards 2p I will be loading up with some more, the selling will stop at some point and with all the positives this share has the sp will be multiples of this in the future, it's purely a waiting game.

It's always "if, might, maybe" all of which never happens, the problem is when you're 6 figures down and emotionally tied to a share any rational thought is lost and all sensible advice is ignored (deleted).

Seems like the current bod and their few paid followers are getting desperate now knowing full well they will be voted out at the next EGM. Must be really annoying for them to have been so close to earnings millions only for it to be taken away by pi's.

Kettle, from other SHAG's generally a respected LTH agrees to be in charge, everyone emails in a screen shot of their holding obviously with personal details redacted, if the % threshold is reached then contact the broker to arrange an EGM with a number of pre-agreed resolutions with the first one to replace the entire board, the broker can help in finding a new bod.

Hope Rooblertwo has the decency to come back and give an explanation to his fellow shareholders why he quit just as everyone was starting to get a Share Holder Action Group together.

They knew exactly what they were doing, just miscalculated the reaction.

I would be tempted to buy in at that price although still a big risk until they get their finances in order, be a lot happier if Potter retired as wasn't heard of again.

What are the rules for all those that don't vote, is classed as a YES vote, if so then I can definitely see all resolutions passing as the vast majority won't bother or even realize there's a vote.

If I still had shares I would definitely vote no, it is the only logical outcome to stop the greedy bod making millions on the back of the long suffering pi's.
Funny seeing Lucky_Strike desperately trying to get people to vote yes, his masters must be getting worried.

LS, I was in a share years ago (forgotten the name but it was to do with O&G) they had a RTO with a huge share consolidation virtually wiping out (erasing) LTH's, I think they formed a Share Holders Action Group and actually did manage in the end to get a slightly better deal but in the grand scheme of things it didn't make any real difference.

Another lesson learnt was to listen to both sides of the argument as there was a chap at the time (Petch I think) who said that it wouldn't get FDA approval and everyone just called him a deramper or shorter, unfortunately he called it correctly.

I remember at the time everyone was convinced like 99% that it would get FDA approval and some pi's invested huge six figure sums, it was a complete shock when it failed and I believe the sp dropped 95% on the day, the problem off course was that Lumsdon and the bod didn't tell the whole truth on what/wasn't submitted to the FDA.
I certainly learnt a lot from the debacle with the main one being the preservation of capital as I had a feeling it would keep on dropping to nothing.

As for the RTO, if I was still invested I would most certainly vote no just to stop the current bod from ripping of the pi's anymore and making themselves millions.

For those unlucky enough to have bought in at 40p pre FDA failure and didn't sell, with the RTO 220 to 1 consolidation that together represents a massive 99.77% drop or put it another way if you invested £100K @ 40p it would now be worth £227.27 assuming that the warrants don't get exercised and expire after 6 months.
Useless Lumsden and now this new bod sure have build shareholder value, glad I got out at just over 7p although it didn't feel like it at the time.

Watching from the sidelines, this has to be one of the worst RTO's ever and always at the shareholders expense, saying that the alternative is probably a complete wipeout so it will get voted through. I will try and buy in on the day hopefully at under 20p as the company does have potential but it will take a long time for those lth's from the St Valentine's massacre days to break even.

Even Starchild's one from this morning has gone which as far as I can tell didn't break any rules, you only have to look on other shares to see far worse posts with real hatred being left untouched, strange.

I can't remember reading it was there a date given for the spud in June?
