If there has been dodgy dealings SS & UKOG would not want to be forensically examined and if dodgy dealings were uncovered then investors would be able to sue them personally!

Once started the FSA would have to investigate.

We have no way of knowing why Auditors quit etc, but to me, it all stinks.

I don't need to read their imaginary accounts. I am fully aware of the scams SS has pulled, like buying on site hired equipment at HH for more than the company hiring/selling it was worth, no kick-back there then!!!

Someone with SM skills needs to set up a group and go after SS & UKOG for compo, they would probably settle out of court or risk going bankrupt in legal defence costs. The last thing they would want is the FSA and shareholders Forensic Auditors all over them.

The same question has been asked of any non ramping poster on here for years by the swampy ramping brigade who does not fit the ramping agenda.

My point was investors should go after Stephen Sanderson and the BOD.

I think the reason for all this is; UKOG was/has been trading insolvent, that's why the Auditors wouldn't sign off the accounts.

UKOG sacked them, then UKOG convinced another Auditor firm (crossing palms with silver no doubt over a cosy dinner) that they will raise the money immediately on return from suspension to plug the gap.

So they signed off on accounts hiding the shortfall, and soon after returning from suspension the error was announced to the market which by then made no difference as UKOG was now solvent (for now).

Am I wrong?🤔 All smells fishy to me.

Ah, I see it now, my apologies, but I've followed UKOG since day 1, so perhaps not the newbie you think far far from it. 😉

Either way, UKOG will never come good for investors, being 69 or 70 SS should have retired long ago but he just can't keep his snout out the UKOG investors trough! 😉

UKOG have gone through £135MILLION of investors money on their rainbow chases, only Stephen Sanderson and the BOD and of course DL and his entourage found the pot of gold!!!

Makes sense now, then when they want to shift BILLIONS of shares they just bump up the trades and SP, sit back and watch greedy naive investors (like most of us) pile in snapping up the confetti shares on fear of missing out, only to get caught out time after time when every raise means BILLIONS more confetti shares will be dumped onto the market causing the SP to plummet!

Fact is UKOG rainbow chases to fund their non performance related pay.

Talking of which another raise, and because of the sheer volume of confetti shares available another consolidation, must be on the cards.

Whilst they pretend they will get Government handouts - no hope there.

As for turning the SP into pennies, if it did it would probably be worth more than the entire FTSE100!!!

What has UKOG got that is worth anything or can potentially become worth the £BILLION's and £BILLION's you dream of?

And how much more would they need to raise to achieve anything at all, Dorset Hydrogen Storage rainbow chase needs £800MILLION+++.

Investors are locked in dreaming of a jump in the share price to try to get out with something at all, whilst UKOG directors have a fantastic life on our money.
