Yes I get that Josh ,but I would have thought he has plenty going on at HE1 overseeing seismic results and planning drilling campaign for Q1Q2Q3.
I have always held faith with DM and still do .
However we haven't heard anything for awhile ,still awaiting news letter.

H in last weeks statement did not mention any letter and was looking to complete before year end .

Hi jimster I don't think anyone is confused its just no one knows apart from one man ,he will probably sign the piece of paper when the mood takes him, remember we are in Africa.

Just listened to Harry on directors talk and he says "its just blib " but does not mention if financing is on hold as well that is the question we needed answering .

Does this mean the financial close is on hold or just development ?
I don't see parties signing off with this hold on development ,my faith has now gone after all this time .
