Thanks! So at $60 wti we should be getting $54 per barrel - assume $50 dollars and maybe production only of 1600 to
Be conservative and that's still $2.4 million per month cash not factoring in asset value, future increases etc in production - some Impressive and robust figures!
Quite grasped this one imo - even a 50% stabilisation rate give UOG a net 770 barrels per day which brings our production from 1100 a day to 1870 - almost double! Also note from the earlier RNS from Rockhopper that:
"Petrophysics indicate 50m of net oil pay in ASH-2. Modular formation Dynamic Tester ("MDT") pressure data indicates the reservoir is un-depleted, close to initial reservoir pressure"
The state of the reservoir is important in considering stabilisation rates and seemingly it is very good and undepleted with almost full pressure, in this case it's high quality so expect production from this well to be consistently high.
And there are four more wells to come - at a £13 million MC this share is grossly undervalued compared to its peers.
but then I suppose it was inevitable there would be a profit taking after a 150% + rise, hopefully we can find a level, consolidate and push on up again, the asset base and story here is remarkable, plenty of scope to move significantly north. GLA
break 2.6p then the next target is 3.175p and then up to the 4p region. Someone is clearly accumulating as can still offload whole holding at a premium to the bid. Come on DEV lets build some momentum!
someone is loading up. Hold tight, it begins....
Come on DEV lets start moving through the gears.
i've been able to get a quote for my whole holding, looking good for a test of 3..
we have better revenue than a comparable, Bidstack, and yet they have a £51 million market capital and we are here on £9 million. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Has the market completely missed this one?
